1. Data controller

2. Data collected

Depending on use: email address, messaging ID (optional), preferred language, payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers), technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and diagnostics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract / pre-contract: manage paid subscription, send analyses and alerts. Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement. Legal obligation: accounting/invoicing where applicable. Consent: where required for non-essential communications.

4. Recipients

Necessary providers only: Stripe (payments), hoster (UpCloud Ltd), email delivery tools. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account/subscription data: for the relationship then limited archival for legal duties. Technical logs: short period for security. Free sign-up data: until deletion request or eventual move to a paid account.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact: support@brainpredict.io.

7. Cookies

Technical cookies / local storage as needed (language, member session). No third-party targeted ads on the public site.

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards. Primary site hoster: UpCloud Ltd (Aleksanterinkatu 15 B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland).
