Terms of sale / subscription

1. Purpose

These terms govern the BrainPredict subscription (analyses, email alerts with PDF, prediction information on Polymarket). Publisher: Jean-Louis Legros (brand BrainPredict , see Legal notice).

2. Service

The subscription provides access to BrainPredict signals and analyses. It is not investment advice and does not guarantee profits. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Price and payment

Plans shown on the site at checkout: $50 / month (card via Stripe), $250 / year (card, one payment), or 250 USDC / year (USDC on Polygon). Payment is due in advance for the selected period. Any price change is announced before renewal.

3a. “Real track” disclosure

The Real track uses a fixed $100 reference stake per position. Until a Polymarket cash fill is published for a given position, the public track remains a $100 reference track (reference accounting). No profit guarantee. BrainPredict does not place orders on the subscriber's behalf.

4. Term and renewal

Monthly subscription with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date.

5. Cooling-off period

You have 10 days after signup to cancel free of charge by emailing support@brainpredict.io. Requests are handled manually.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime, no notice or reason required, by email to support@brainpredict.io. Requests are handled manually. Access remains until the end of the period already paid.

7. Negative ROI refund

This guarantee applies only to the monthly card plan ($50 / month via Stripe). If published monthly PnL (fixed $100 stake reference per prediction) is negative for the relevant month, that month's subscription is fully refunded, as described on the site and in service emails. It does not apply to annual plans ($250 / year card or 250 USDC / year on Polygon).

8. Subscriber duties

Provide accurate information (email, optional messaging ID). Do not resell or redistribute analyses without written permission.

9. Liability

BrainPredict provides analyses and alerts for information only. Prediction decisions remain solely the subscriber's responsibility. BrainPredict is not liable for losses arising from use of the information provided.

10. Governing law

French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought via support@brainpredict.io before any legal action.
