1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to brainpredict.io and related BrainPredict services (analyses, alerts, track dashboards, editorial content).

2. Acceptance

Accessing the site or signing up (free or paid) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, the Terms of Sale. Questions: support@brainpredict.io.

3. Not financial advice

BrainPredict publishes analyses and position tracking for information and education only. Content is not investment advice, a personalised recommendation, or third-party portfolio management. Prediction decisions remain yours alone.

4. Risks

Prediction markets involve risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Odds move; your fill price may differ from the analysis snapshot.

5. Real track: reference tracking vs Polymarket fill

Unless a verifiable Polymarket fill is explicitly shown (order id / “Polymarket verified” badge), Real-track positions are a $100 reference track. Do not treat reference track as proof of executed cash.

6. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information; do not bypass subscriber access; do not scrape, resell or redistribute analyses without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

Brand, texts, PDFs, charts and software remain BrainPredict property or that of licensors.

8. Availability

Service is provided “as is”. Interruptions (maintenance, host, third-party APIs) may occur without indemnity beyond the Terms of Sale.

9. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

French law. Seek an amicable solution via support@brainpredict.io before legal action.
